Overview Spectroscopic Detection Systems SARA

For the first time, SARA enables permanent spectroscopic online ring monitoring of the gamma radiation, including automatic nuclide analysis, without any time restrictions and under any climatic operating conditions. SARA is able to detect very low concentrations of artificial nuclides, thereby allowing nuclear events to be identified more quickly and effectively. This improves the early warning function of radiation monitoring systems significantly. The various technical specifications and configuration options support a diverse range of applications.

Available models:

IGS710 Spectroscopic Gamma Detector In combination with a PC to display the readings and provide further analysis, the detector can be used in a wide variety of applications. It can be integrated quite easily in existing monitoring stations. The nuclear spectra that are automatically measured and analyzed in the probe can be uploaded via a LAN.

AGS710F Spectroscopic Gamma Monitoring Station. On the basis of the IGS710 detector, the AGS710 is a self-contained monitoring station with a battery-buffered power supply - either for a mains connection or with solar cells - and with various options for data communication, for example, DSL or GPRS. This model is particularly suitable for wall or mast mounting.

AGS710S Autonomous Spectroscopic Monitoring Station (stationary). This monitoring station can either be firmly bolted onto a solid base or mounted on any flat surface using the additional base plate. Thus, this model is suitable for both temporary or permanent operation.

AGS710M Autonomous Spectroscopic Monitoring Station (mobile). With four retractable feet and an integrated GPS receiver to provide automatic position detection, this monitoring station is designed for quick deployment in an emergency, often in addition to the permanent monitoring stations.
