SARA Test Set
The SARA Test Set is used for the periodic inspection of the spectroscopic gamma detectors in situ. It consists of a ring-shaped test source. Using the analysis program installed in SARA, the correct functioning and accuracy of the spectrum detection as well as the accuracy of the gamma dose rate readings can be tested and recorded automatically during a periodic inspection, without dismantling the detectors. The results of the inspection can be communicated via WiFi or via remote data communication for the final archiving.
Transportation Box SARA Detector
The transportation box is watertight and robust. The interior is lined with foam and protects the detector against shocks.

SARA Water Testset
The Test Set SARA Water for spectroscopic gamma-water detector consists of a gamma-emitting Cs-137 reference source integrated into a fixed-geometry holder. It is used to perform the Automatic Accuracy Test of the SARA water detector, when it is outside of the water. The Automatic Accuracy Test meets all requirements for the periodic calibration of the detection system.
The gamma reference source utilizes point source geometry. The radioactive material is fixed integrated in the aluminum ring. It is suitable for outdoor use (see technical data below).
During the Automatic Accuracy Test, the test set is put over the gamma probe without removing the probe from its mounting frame. The Test Set is placed at the same position relative to the scintillator detector every time the test or calibration is performed.
