ENVINET GmbH has joined the Scienta Scientific Group

As of March 31, 2021, ENVINET GmbH became a new, proud member of the Scienta Scientific Group.

With 35 years of experience, ENVINET is the market leader in environmental radiation monitoring networks with installations in over 70 countries. Such networks are used for civilian protection against the influence of ambient ionizing radiation, from natural sources as well as in the event of nuclear radiation incidents.

Scienta Scientific is already deeply engaged in radioactive monitoring through Scienta Sensor Systems, the leading provider of early warning systems for radioactive incidents based on airborne Xenon detection.

Together, Scienta Sensor Systems and ENVINET will create the new, groundbreaking application area “Environmental Protection” within Scienta Scientific under the joint brand Scienta Envinet. The strengths of gamma radiation monitoring from ENVINET and early warning systems by Scienta Sensor Systems, together with the global sales and service reach of Scienta Scientific will create a unique provider to support our valued customers with complete radiation monitoring solutions.

As of March 31, 2021, ENVINET GmbH is owned 100% by Scienta Scientific AB, with no changes planned to facilities, management or staffing. ENVINET GmbH will continue to operate as a separate legal entity. Stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, authorities and employees will continue to interact with ENVINET GmbH. All existing contractual obligations and rights will be continued under the same legal entity.
